Dental Hygienist Delivers evidence‑based prevention and Perio care with great chair-side experience and clear documentation.

Example of Duties

• Prophy/Perio therapy; radiographs & IO photos; re‑care scheduling from the chair;
• Complete notes, codes, and medical‑necessity narratives the same day to support clean claims and timely reimbursement; accurate notes/coding; patient education.
• Reviews of all daily logs and time sheet summaries to ensure documentation and communication notes have been turned in and are accurate.
• Works with the multidisciplinary departments to ensure the center is working well & meets its needs.
• Assist with quality care and stars measure to ensure patient care outcomes excel.
• Patient experience & service recovery.
• Perform other functions and duties as requested by supervisor or manager.

Minimum training and experience

• High school diploma or GED required (bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Active Florida RDH license; BLS/CPR; digital radiography fluency; Local Anesthesia certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal skills & customer service
• Ability to always communicate clearly and effectively with patients and other external parties in a courteous and friendly manner
• Must have empathy and be patient in dealing with an elderly population and sympathetic to hearing or vision deficiencies.
• Must be detail-oriented and highly organized
• Must be able to always maintain confidentiality
