September 11, 2001, marked a turning point in the history of the United States and in the lives of millions around the world. On April 30, 2025, UniVida Medical Centers and UniCapital Asset Management Group broke ground on a visionary development that will expand healthcare in Allapattah while addressing the housing needs of the community. Known as UniCapital Allapattah, this project combines medical care and affordable housing in one of Miami’s most historic and underserved neighborhoods.
