On April 30, 2025, UniVida Medical Centers and UniCapital Asset Management Group broke ground on a visionary development that will expand healthcare in Allapattah while addressing the housing needs of the community. Known as UniCapital Allapattah, this project combines medical care and affordable housing in one of Miami’s most historic and underserved neighborhoods.
On March 30th, we celebrate National Doctors Day in the United States, a special occasion dedicated to honoring the true heroes of healthcare. Today, we pause to express our deep gratitude to all the doctors who dedicate their lives to healing and caring for others. We would also like to extend a special thanks to the incredible team at UniVida Medical Centers, whose unwavering commitment to their patients and the community makes a real difference every day.
The Grand Finale: January 17 The journey culminated in a spectacular Grand Finale on January 17 at our UniVida West Miami Center. The finalists, representing our centers, took the stage to showcase their talents, share their stories, and inspire us all. In an atmosphere filled with joy and unity, one remarkable individual stood out: Elcida Beltrán, representing our West Miami center. Her charisma, grace, and deep connection to the community earned her the coveted title of Miss UniVida 2024.
At UniVida Medical Centers, we are not only dedicated to caring for your health but also to celebrating our community and fostering moments of joy and togetherness. This past December, we had the privilege of hosting the Miss UniVida contests at each of our centers, where we selected a local representative from each location. These candidates, chosen for their charisma, empathy, and connection to our community, embody the values that UniVida strives to promote: care, wellness, and commitment to one another.
